LEVEL Lates: Resonant Bodies Sound Bath Event
26 June 2026 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
LEVEL Lates – fundraising with a difference. Join us for an exclusive after hours wellbeing event and support our charity at the same time.
Resonant Bodies is a voice-led sound bath guided by artist and vocal practitioner Eleanor Hooper, alongside music therapist Daniel Weaver. A journey through breath, body, and sound, the session weaves voice-led exploration with immersive soundscapes. Begin in supported rest, allowing meditative sonic atmospheres to gently settle the nervous system and draw attention inward. From this grounded place, you are guided through the body using breath, humming, toning, and intuitive vocalisation, exploring how sound is both received and created as vibration, texture, and presence. The practice invites deep listening and embodied awareness, holding space for stillness, sensation, and shared resonance rather than performance.
This wonderful experience also includes:
– Exploring breathwork or taking time out to relax in our immersive sculpture ‘And… Breathe’…
– Meet the artist behind the work…
– Reiki taster sessions…
– Artisan herbal teas and vegan nibbles
Come and enjoy this amazing event for a donation of £15/25/45 per person – whichever suits you. Your donation helps our charity to support more people through creativity, unlocking the unique talents of disabled people and showing the world how powerful difference can be.
Booking is essential – scroll down to secure your place.
Eleanor Hooper is joint Artistic Director of Pif-Paf Theatre, creators of our stunning ‘And… Breathe’ sculpture. Eleanor is an artist and vocal practitioner, as well as being a trained acrobatic and physical theatre performer. An experienced community leader and facilitator in musical and breath work practice, Eleanor’s approach is grounded in embodied awareness of self through physical sensations, emotions, and breath. Eleanor recently released her first EP ‘Fibres’ — a tapestry of vocal harmony, raw lyrical honesty, and dark choral textures.
Daniel Weaver is a musician who worked in theatre and dance for nearly 30 years, composing and providing supporting sounds for shows and workshops. He also toured extensively as an improviser and experimental musician. Having retrained as an integrative psychotherapist he continues to explore the sound world with an interest in wellness and emotional regulation. For this workshop he will use mostly the sonorous body of the double bass and some sound making objects.
‘And… Breathe’ is a stunning, immersive sound and light sculpture that explores listening, resting and moving with your breath. Breathing in, breathing out, bring the sculpture to life and feel it breathe with you. Take a seat below it’s beautiful arcing beams or move around the space at your own pace. Relax immersed in calming sound and music produced by Pif-Paf co-creator Eleanor Hooper.
