Volunteer at LEVEL Centre
You’ll become part of a welcoming community who are passionate about helping others, and meet new people along the way. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience of volunteering – we are here to support your volunteer journey.
We have a variety of volunteer roles to suit different of interests and skills, including:
– Welcoming visitors
– Helping at open days and events
– Developing your gardening and outdoor creative skills in our new Bio Diverse Sensory Garden
– General support for our team at busy times
Our volunteer roles are designed to fit around you and your life so if you only have a few hours to offer here and there we would still love to hear from you. Full training will be provided. Fill in our application form and a member of our friendly team will contact you for an informal chat.

Would your business or organisation like to help LEVEL through volunteering away days?
We can offer a range of outdoor or practical activities for your team to get together and contribute to the work of a small charity. Spend a day or half day volunteering with us to strengthen your workforce, and give back to your local community – accomplishing tasks that make a real difference to LEVEL Centre’s participants and visitors. Volunteering is a great way to build your reputation and enhance the job satisfaction and wellbeing of your employees.
We also welcome sponsorship, fundraising and donations from businesses and organisations; choose us to be your Charity of the Year or sponsor a specific project or event.
Work experience:
Each year we host a number of local students, supporting them in gaining experience of working in an art centre. This could be through mainstream education, home education or university internships. Please contact us if you would like to find out more.
