And… Breathe

Come and experience ‘And… Breathe’, a stunning, immersive sound and light sculpture by Pif-Paf that explores listening, resting and moving with your breath.
‘And… Breathe’ is meant to be touched. Hold and feel the materials or use your body to conduct light and sound vibrations. Breathing in, breathing out, bring the sculpture to life and feel it breathe with you. Made from smooth, sustainable timber, the sculpture will develop through time and use – like a beautiful living being that visitors become a part of.
Take a seat below it’s beautiful arcing beams or move around the space at your own pace. Relax immersed in calming sound and music produced by Pif-Paf co-creator Eleanor Hooper.
Stay a while – sit, move or play in this energising and mindful space. Breath is such a powerful tool for us all to find security and calm in our lives. Take a moment for yourself and fill your day with joy!

Booking
Open Monday to Friday from 16 April – 26 June 2026
Tickets are free, but please book in advance. On the booking page you will be given the opportunity to support our work by donating to LEVEL Centre. This is optional and will not affect your booking.
Bookings are for a one hour visit. You only need to make one booking for you and your group. When you book you’ll have exclusive use of the experience for one hour, but you can book a double slot if you need more time or have extra guests. For large groups please give us a call on 01629 734848 to arrange your visit.
Please select your preferred date and time in the booking calendar. You’ll receive an automated email confirming your booking which also gives you the option to rearrange if required.

Creators: Pif-Paf
Pif-Paf creates work with a big heart, spanning tech led sound and light installations to wild street theatre to beautiful music led story telling shows. The company is based around the collaboration of joint artistic directors Peter Gunson and Eleanor Hooper supported by an amazing crew of freelance performers, makers and musicians.
Pif-Paf is a wildly ambitious theatre company creating top notch performance and sculpture and taking it to the places it doesn’t normally reach. Their work is presented outdoors and in non-traditional spaces and they are keenly involved in the development of outdoor arts. Based in Sheffield working around the UK and beyond, Pif-Paf deliver small and mid-scale touring shows and commissions all with a unique visual, high-quality and accessible style.
‘And…Breathe’ grows from Eleanor’s musical and breath work practice leading communities and as a performer, and Pete’s passion for ambitious architectural timber structures. This is all brought to life with the help of Tech collaborator Jonathan Richards.
