We’re really excited to bring you our second Fun Palaces event running from 11am-3pm on Saturday 5 October at LEVEL Centre.
Throughout the day we’ve got loads of fantastic free activities for you to get stuck into! Fun Palaces are about joining in and bringing people together! Scroll down for more information about the what’s on during the day!
‘Is This Me?’ our new fantastical, interactive installation will be open too, so you can drop in and be transported into the playful otherworld of the YOUniverse!
Open to all, family friendly and no need to book! Come along and join in the fun!
There will be music, dance, creating and drawing, and above all there will be fun! Read on to see what’s in store on the day!
OPUS Music:
Musicians from OPUS Music will be showcasing the transformative power of music with a beautiful performance and a hand-ons workshop for all – no musical ability required!
Make a Hubbub:
The creative whizzes from Hubbub Theatre in Derby will be with us to show you how to move and flow with their music!
Watch the garden grow:
LEVEL is building a beautiful sensory garden and we’d love to include your ideas. Get creative and design your ideal garden – what would grow? What fun could be had? You decide!
Is This Me?:
Experience the fantastical imagination of digital artist Ashley James Brown in this new collection of fun interactive experiences! ‘Is This Me?’ invites you into a familiar home-like setting, transporting you into a playful otherworld of the YOUniverse!
