LEVEL Makes Movement
Weekly dance and creative movement session for learning disabled adults and their carers/support workers.
LEVEL Makes Movement is a weekly dance and creative movement session for learning disabled adults at LEVEL Centre.
Join us for engaging workshops that explore movement, music, and creative expression in a welcoming and supportive environment. Held in the main space at LEVEL Centre, these sessions are a chance to get moving, connect with others, and support your physical and mental wellbeing.
Led by experienced dance facilitator Georgie, sessions are shaped around the people in the room. Each week participants will explore different ways of moving, working individually and as a group. It’s all about having fun and expressing yourself in ways that suit you!
Level Makes Movement sessions run weekly on Friday afternoons from 12:30–2:00pm onsite at LEVEL Centre. Email us at projects@levelcentre to register your interest.
Supported through funding from Derbyshire County Council.
